You may order by E-mail, surface mail or telephone. Items can be held for 10 days pending receipt of payment.
Payment
Item information and total payment must be received and verified prior to shipment.Make payments to: Ronn Ives/FUTURES Antiques
U.S. Citizens: Personal checks will be accepted, however certified bank checks or money orders surface mailed to the Norfolk store address are preferable and faster.
International: Certified bank checks or money orders only, surface mailed to the Norfolk store address.
MasterCard or Visa: If you want to email your credit card number to me, send it in TWO SEQUENTIAL EMAILS IN HALVES + the expiration date. (This is for your protection.) You may surface mail or telephone the Norfolk store to give your card number. You may leave your card number on the FUTURES answering machine, if you wish. Your order will be sent to you upon completion of order procedures and verification of payment. (I can keep your charge card number on file if you wish to eliminate additional steps for future purchases, but I normally destroy it after the completion of our transaction.)
Shipping
Items listed in inventory ARE NOT "postpaid". Packing, insurance, and shipping costs are added. Large items such as furniture will require the customer to oversee transportation once it leaves FUTURES, which must be done within 30 days of purchase. FUTURES will assist you in making your arrangements with a professional packer, insurer, and shipper. Items left with FUTURES Antiques for an unapproved period of more than 45 days beyond purchase will again become the property of FUTURES, and payment to FUTURES will be retained.
Returns
All items listed are described as accurately as possible. Any questions regarding items should be made prior to purchase. If for some reason you are dissatisfied with an item, and wish to return it, you must:- Receive authorization from FUTURES Antiques within 7 days of item receipt.
- Return items in identical condition an received.
- Pack, insure, and ship items in identical manner as received and, within the 7 days of receiving authorization for the return to FUTURES.
- Accept responsibility of return costs.
- The purchase price of an item will be returned by surface mail (check) upon receipt of the items under the agreed upon terms.
- No returns will be accepted outside of these terms.
- If damage occurred during shipment, and an insurance claim is necessary, the customer must initiate this claim with the closest local agent, and keep FUTURES informed of these proceedings. I will do all I can to assist you in a proper claim regarding your purchased, damaged item.
Taxes
Virginia residents add 5% tax. Virginia dealers must provide state tax
exemption information to FUTURES Antiques.
